I reached out to NexGen and within a week they had a template for me, were willing to work with my imaging folder to pull what they needed and within 15 minutes of my okay...the website was live. They not only launched the site (all links working) they also helped me set up an email address and offered if there was anything else that they could help with. Wow, that was quick! I went through a number of attempts at creating a successful web store. Some web designers talk a good game as they outline their strategy and would offer many promises. Problem is, after spending a few thousand dollars they turn out to be empty promises. I am sure many of you can relate.Bryce ( at NexGen ) came highly recommended to me so I decided to give it one more try. He worked with me to understand exactly what I was attempting to accomplish and presented me with a plan and a strategy that was affordable. Through the entire process him and his team was very responsive to my needs and requests as my site was built.It has been about 7 months, my NexGen site has been a success. It is producing orders and is steadily increasing in my google rankings. We still have a ways to go, but I am quite pleased with the progress and am committed to the long term relationship with Bryce and his team.
